Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc Natural blended with typical Sri Lankan spices from organicfarming. A balanced blend of ten top quality exotic spices: Coriander seed, turmeric, fenugreek and cardamom give the salt an exotic oriental aroma; chili, black and cayenne pepper provide the necessary spiciness and cinnamon and clove gently caress the palate.
In order to enable the ethereal aromas and oils to fully develop, we follow an ancient Sri Lankan tradition by heating the ingredients in an oven before blending.
It is presented in a small adhesively closed bag inside the outercontainer, together with an informative flyer about the harvestand different varieties available.
